Questions people ask

Is BAID X free for workers?

Yes. Every account starts on the free Access plan: profile, search, messaging, applications and reviews. Paid plans add reach and tools and never change verification.

How does verification work?

You submit a Ghana Card (or business documents) and, for higher badges, trade proof or a background check. A BAID X reviewer checks them before any badge appears. Checks carry a small review fee, which pays for the review, not the result.

How does payment work?

The client funds the job from their BAID X wallet, topped up through Paystack. BAID X holds the money while the work happens and releases it when the client approves, or automatically 3 days after the work is marked done if the client does not respond. Disputes freeze the money while BAID X reviews them.

Where does BAID X work?

In all 16 regions of Ghana. Amounts are in Ghana cedis and payouts go to mobile money.
